Our unique systems enable us to keep control of the service quality. For example, our operatives must have the correct training certificates in place to be deployed for a specific task. NJC self perform all specialist cleaning activities, which are delivered by in-house trained operatives. This allows us to directly control the service quality. AMONET is our own, online helpdesk, service desk and document management system. The web based system provides complete service transparency to our customers. It also enables us to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
