NJC have a great deal of experience providing high standards of cleaning in the common parts of multi-let buildings. We work for both landlords and agents such as Land Securities, Goodman Property Trust, Rockspring PIM and James Andrew RSW.

We understand how important it is that common parts are cleaned and maintained to high standards. Well maintained common parts keep tenants happy - and happy tenants are a good investment for all stakeholders. With common parts it's all about first impressions. The standard of cleaning can speak volumes about the culture and brand of the services provided by the landlord. The main positive effect is a good first impression to tenants, prospective tenants and their employees, visitors and customers.

We understand property management

AMONET for multi property portfolios

Designed by NJC, AMONET is a call centre support service and CAFM system that is web enabled to provide online tracking of reactive job requests, planned preventative maintenance tasks, compliance documentation, health safety and environmental information, financial information and security records.

The web based system makes sure that our common parts cleaning complies with the RICS code of practice for service charges in commercial property. AMONET provides transparent performance monitoring and real time information provision online, for multi property portfolios.
