Our cleaning service is tailored to suit the needs of each individual customer and can include specialist cleaning such as computer equipment and floor care. We also provide day janitor services, which can include a washroom cleaning programme with the regular stocking of paper products and janitorial supplies.

Our recruitment policies and unique training methods, together with quality cleaning materials, structured management, quality control procedures, and quick response times, means that our customers can rely on consistently high standards.
On many sites we provide a fingerprint recognition time and attendance system. Our operatives clock in and out of work using a simple fingerprint scanner and touch screen monitor. This information is recorded and reports can be viewed on the AMONET customer web portal. The reports generated provide us with an effective tool to combat tardiness and ensures that the full complement of labour resources are being provided.
NJC can monitor routine planned cleaning tasks, such as toilet spot clean and replenishment, litter picking, janitor tours etc, with the use of fixed location bar codes and simple pocket memory bar code scanners, which capture real time performance data. This system enables NJC to monitor output and resources and over time, implement changes to maximise productivity and save money for our customers.

A clean facility makes for a safer and healthier working environment, which is proven to help minimise staff absence. We work very closely with customers to plan some of our cleaning regimes to ensure that key contact areas are continuously monitored to help prevent the spread of ‘swine flu' and other viruses.
NJC ensure that all cleaning staff are thoroughly trained on cleaning task methodologies, product and equipment use to deliver the right quality and consistency and to ensure that all operatives know what to do, how to do it and the required standard.
