Cover staff
NJC never use agency staff. Using agency staff is a very high risk
strategy for providing temporary cover. NJC have an experienced and
established reserve team, directly employed to provide floating cover
for holidays, sickness and absenteeism.
The size of the local reserve team is proportionate to amount of work in the particular area. Staff providing cover are already recruited, fully trained and vetted. Cover staff are normally internally promoted with a good company track record. This reserve team carries out the work while the on site teams are absent or being trained.
