Staff vetting - security and immigration
NJC can carry out Subject Access Police checks and Disclosure Scotland checks for contracts where security is likely to be a concern. This would include all buildings occupied by Government Departments, Banks and other security sensitive organisations.
We are happy to work with our customers to comply with their own security vetting procedures and have experienced this with customers such as the C P S, HM Customs & Revenue and National Air Traffic Control.
NJC carry out Passport and relevant document immigration checks in line with Government guidelines. NJC follow the guidelines laid out in the ‘Categories & Nationalities of Workers Permitted to work in the UK’ guidance document.
Staff responsible for recruitment attend regular PENINSULA seminars and refresher courses for immigration checks and spotting fake documents as this is a major problem in the UK particularly in London.
